The Eagles have signed OL Jack Driscoll and WR Kyle Phillips to their practice squad. To make room, the club has also released TE Kevin Foelsch and S Caden Sterns.

Driscoll, a fourth round pick (145) by the Eagles back in 2020 makes his return to the club after electing free agency last offseason and spending some time with the Miami Dolphins. Driscoll picks up right where he left off after the Auburn product played his 2020-2024 season’s with the Eagles. The Madison, CT native will spend time on the practice squad - and could be an intriguing call up come injury or starters struggles.

Phillips, a fifth rounder out of UCLA in 2022 played sparingly for the Tennessee Titans in ‘22 and 2023 - racking up 23 receptions and 259 yards over the two seasons. He’ll join the practice squad where he’ll sit under the Eagles elite receiving corps.

To make room for Driscoll and Phillips, the club released TE Kevin Foelsch who bounced around with both the Birds and Jets this offseason after coming out of the University of New Haven. Along with Caden Sterns, a 2021 fifth rounder who played well in two seasons (2021, 2022) for the Denver Broncos.
